Authorities release name of final homicide victim (The Shelby County Reporter)
Authorities have released the name of the last of five men killed last month in North Shelby. Armando Ibarra Mendoza, 31, of Norcross, Ga. was identified through dental records, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
